You need to really picture that body and get it in your head how you look with that body and how you feel. Then you need to picture how you live your daily life with that body.
You’ll find that you don’t eat really bad foods and you always make sure to do your workout routines. You find you get a good sleep and you have more time to have some fun. When you are rushed, you see the fit you always has the right snacks packed and loves the foods she eats. The point is you can imagine the way you need to live.
Once you see that and you really start to think about that more regularly, you can just step in to that person. That is how you lose weight. You just step into the person you know you have to be, after you picture living like that person.
